Yeah, I get the sense that the TV show has been up and down for years. I think he's started the web comic back up (Juice posted one on Facebook last week, but I've been stuck in meetings all week).

Yeah, I need to dedicate some time to catching up. That trailer was pretty rough though. I can see why if wasn't picked up. Something was off with it. I wish Onstad could figure out a way to make money.

I wish Onstad could figure out a way to make money. I think he's only doing them weekly, and then only regularly for a couple months now. I think I read maybe 8 strips before I was back to where I'd left off. I figured the trailer was rough because it was rough. Like, here's a flash video I did in my basement to give you some idea of the concept. Show us a little interest and we'll work it up for reals. Though, I don't think it actually works that way. This was basically the meeting in Los Angeles I just had, except for my actual work and not a creative project, which I sorely lack at the moment. These dudes were like "here is a flash demo that we cooked up that is what we kinda think the project will look like when we get around to building it, how do you like them apples?" And internal-monologue Bob was like "y'all flew me out here for concept art?" External-monologue Bob confessed that it was certainly pretty concept art. Also I got to take in a Kings game and expense my dinners, so that was nice. I likewise wish Onstad could figure out how to rake it in. Rabbit Ambulance T-shirts only go so far.

The last panel entirely makes it.
The tech writer what recently moved into my office eats fast food from the mall every day. While certainly not the worst funk I've become acclimated to, I can't but worry what that sort of diet is doing to the brother.
