See, this is why I study evolution in insects. Far fewer people get their panties in a bunch when you talk about the implications of genetic variation in wasp populations .

BP attempt mass bribes to silence Gulf scientists"BP PLC attempted to hire the entire marine sciences department at one Alabama university, according to scientists involved in discussions with the company's lawyers. The university declined because of confidentiality restrictions that the company sought on any research."

If the world stops turning, I'm pretty sure the location of the oceans will be the least of our problems.

It can be. Physiological and psychological issues can cause ED. Physically, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic alcoholism, drug-drug and drug-condition interactions (or just meds themselves), heart problems, being overweight, and smoking can all cause ED. Psychologically, stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self-esteem, and (here's a slippery slope) fear of sexual failure can cause ED. ( source) ED can be a warning sign of more serious problems, such as heart disease ( source, source), so it's hella important to get everything checked out if your junk ain't crunk.

Guys, I don't understand. I think the oceans moving would be pretty bad. How could that be the LEAST of our problems? It's not like the sun would stop going around the Earth or anything. Jeez.

In childhood-shattering news, triceratops didn't exist. Well, they did, they were just juvenile torosauri, which kinda look like triceratops to me, which is how we got into this thread in the first place. Edit: Not sure why it's putting an extra space in "triceratops." Stupid board.

Triceratops was named first. So he gets to stay. Torosaurus is just a Triceratops grampa.
Sadly, there might have been a Triceratops bone (like a knuckle or a tooth or something) that was identified and named before Triceratops was... meaning the three horned lizard will henceforth be called Agathaumus.
First they came for my Pluto, and I said nothing, because I was not a planet. Then they came for my Triceratops, and I said nothing, because I was not an ornithischian...
